The Chicago Statements

The "Official Rules" - The Chicago Statement on Hermeneutics is the definitive written statement which articulates several principles of natural interpretation. It was written in 1982 as a statement of consensus by about 100 leading conservative evangelicals of several denominations. I agree completely with this article and have included it with the commentary by Geisler.
